The Friday Rundown with Gail

The Friday Rundown

Fridays are dedicated to my self-care routine. Yesterday on News in Motion, I emphasized the importance of taking time to breathe. Self-care involves looking inward and setting aside time for yourself. It can be enjoying a much-needed massage, taking a walk, going shopping, simply being still, snuggling up with a blanket to catch up on the latest Netflix series, indulging in a candlelit bubble bath, exercising, reading, and so much more. Self-care also means consciously breathing and truly listening to your breath. That, my friend, is the essence of self-care.

Be sure to take time this weekend to breathe. Breathe in. Breathe out. Feel it. Embrace it. Live it. Enjoy it.

~ Gail
